We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Change Delivery Manager to lead a team overseeing the delivery, implementation, and management of large-scale Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and public-facing applications. This role is vital in ensuring that our digital transformation initiatives achieve the highest standards of service and efficiency.

You’ll have experience of leading the full delivery cycle of large CRM and public facing systems and applications, ensuring projects are finished on time, within scope, and within budget. You’ll also have strong project management skills, exceptional stakeholder management and strong problem-solving skills.

Requirements

  • A degree, HND, or similar level/professional qualification in a discipline relevant to this post (such as Information Technology, Cyber Security) or significant equivalent experience.
  • At least one relevant technical certification such as ITIL, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Prince 2, Agile etc depending on professional specialism
  • Experience of working at an expert level within area of technical specialism
  • Experience of working with diverse stakeholders in a complex and fast-moving environment
