The HR Department is undertaking an exciting period of change and we are currently looking for a HR professional to join our fantastic team to support the delivery of our new vision and service plan.
We are seeking an experienced HR generalist, ideally with Local Government experience, who will be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of HR policies and procedures to include Attendance Management, Disciplinary and Grievance procedures. Previous experience of working in a unionised environment is also ideal.
This role would suit someone who enjoys a challenge and a varied workload delivering operational and strategic HR outcomes in a very busy, but friendly team.
