HECA (Home Energy Conservation Act 1995) Report 2019

Introduction

The Home Energy Conservation Act 1995 (‘HECA’) requires all Local Authorities in England to submit reports to the Secretary of State demonstrating what energy conservation measures they have adopted to improve the energy efficiency of residential accommodation within their areas.

This is a progress report for the years 2017-2019 for the Borough of Newcastle-under-Lyme and also sets out the energy conservation measures and activities that are considered practicable, cost effective and likely to result in significant improvements in the energy efficiency of residential accommodation.

A copy of the HECA Report 2019 is available here.
