Education, Training and Behaviour

We regularly approach schools to arrange to tell pupils about the work of the dog wardens and the responsibilities of being a dog owner. We can adapt our information for schoolchildren taking part in specific projects.

Resident groups

We can meet with resident groups on request. We can talk about the work we do, explain the law or work with residents to see if we can help solve specific problems.

Good citizens awards

Working in partnership with a local dog training club, we help with training classes and test dogs who have completed courses, giving Kennel Club awards where appropriate.

Dog behavioural advice

Wardens have experience of many dog behavioural problems and may be able to offer advice or provide contact details for other professionals who may be able to help.

If you would like to know more about these areas of work, please contact us
