Community Asset Register

As part of the Localism Act, councils are required to maintain a list of assets of community value which have been nominated by the local community.

A building or land is an asset of community value if its main use is to further the social wellbeing or interests of a local community, for example a local village shop, community centre or playing fields.

Please follow the link below to view the list of nominations onto the Community Asset Register.
