Corporate Remote Access

Remote Access for Staff

Before you can work remotely, you will need to:

  • Have been setup as an agile worker by ICT
  • Have your 2 factor authentication device available
  • Know your pin number and password

You will also need a suitable broadband connection.  Our service works best with a broadband speed of at least 3mb.

Please be aware that for corporate laptop users, performance when retrieving and saving files will not be as quick as when you are in the office.
